Financial Support Research In The New Urbanization Process

At present,the new type of urbanization has become a focus in the field of study.Under the complicated international and domestic situation,the healthy development of the new type of urbanization will determine the sustainable and healthy development of economic in our country.The rapid development of urbanization in our country has entered a new stage and 18 th CPC National Congress has made a overall deployment of new type of urbanization as well as made a clear requirement of new type of urbanization.New type of urbanization is the grand strategy and historic mission in the process of our modernization construction and is the long-term power to expand domestic demand in China,the “engine” to promote sustainable and healthy development of our country's economic.Under the background based on the new type of urbanization in China,Shanxi province also actively participate in the new pace of urbanization and has made great progress.As a big province in northwest China,Shanxi province has the economic "leader" role,but the level of the new type of urbanization in Shanxi province is lower than the national average level.Since 18 th CPC National Congress,new type of urbanization pay more attention to the quality of urbanization,it also highlights many problems existing in the process of the Shanxi province urbanization construction.Compared with developed countries,China's urbanization rate is relatively backward: the industrial structure is unreasonable,resident living standard is low,the gap between rich and poor increase and a series of economic and social problems.So the construction of new type of urbanization has a very important practical significance to our country economic development.However,the account of money for construction of new type of urbanization is so big and the all-around construction cannot leave the money.Finance as the core of modern economy field has the function of financing and the new urbanization construction have inalienable relations within.So studying the financial supporting new type of urbanization in Shanxi province has important practical significance.This paper in theoretical and empirical angles analysis the influence of the financial supporting to new type of urbanization in Shanxi province,mainly through the relevant theoretical basis,current situation,problem study,empirical research and policy recommendations to expand.Relevant theoretical basis first introduce the connotation of the new type of urbanization,and then from the related theory that population migration theory of urbanization and upgrading of industrial structure theory and urban and rural overall development theory three aspects lead to the focal place of the new type of urbanization construction.At the same time,from the financial structure,financial function and financial efficiency three angles to carding the basic theory of financial development,highlight the role of financial development on economic.The part of current situation and problem study put forward new problems in the process of the urbanization development and the defects of financial support to the new type of urbanization based on the analysis of present situation of new urbanization development present situation and actual financial development.The part of empirical research from the financial scale,financial structure and financial efficiency of the three financial indicators and population urbanization,economy urbanization and urban-rural income gap three aspects of new type of urbanization builds three specific provisions of the VAR model.Through co-integration test,and impulse response analysis,the empirical results show that between the three indexes of the new type of urbanization and the three indicators of financial supporting exists the long-term stable co-integration relationship.The result of granger causality test for some indexes of financial supporting to some part of new type of urbanization is not obvious,but from the impulse response analysis can make up for the inadequacy of granger causality test.Therefore,in general,the financial supporting plays an significant role in promoting urbanization.The part of policy recommendations puts forward to promote financial services in rural urbanization construction,deepen the financial promoting the transformation of economy and speed up the industrial upgrading,improve the financial market structure and develop the folk finance.
