| Lean production comes from lean thinking of Toyota. It greatly improves theproduction and management level of manufacturing. Lean production is introducedinto lean construction, in order to provide a thought for solving the problem of lowefficiency and waste in construction industry. Since put forward, the theoretical studyof lean construction develops continuously.There’re many related practices abroad,however, the practice of our country is still in the preliminary stage. As there’reobvious differences between manufacturing and traditional construction, leanthinking cannot be copied into the construction industry. But under the background ofconstruction industrialization,there’re a lot of things in common between constructionand manufacturing, the lean construction can be implemented.First of all, the paper summarizes the theoretical system of lean construction, whichfundamental is the TFV production management theory. TFV was presented basingon the particularity of construction and production management theory. It includesthree views which are the Transfer point of view, flow point of view and the Valuepoint of view. Based on the theory of TFV, the key research object of leanconstruction includes Value stream and continuous flow. Research on the valuestream and continuous flow of value has a great significance in improving the valueand production efficiency of the construction project.Secondly, the paper expounds three lean application technologies, which are thelast plan system, value engineering and just in time construction. The valueengineering has been widely used to enhance project value. The last planner systemof pull production and just in time construction has an important significance informing a continuous production.Finally, based on relevant theory of value stream and continuous flow, this paperanalyzes the value stream of a workshop which is a light steel structure. Map thefigure of status quo by value stream mapping and analyze it, find out the existingproblems and reach the ideal state of value stream by improving the status valuestream constantly. Create the continuous flow of the Steel frame and the purlin in theproject, and simulate it by the eM-plant software. The result of simulation shows thatthe continuous flow of the production process can greatly improve the workefficiency and reduce the inventory.Research shows that scientific and reasonable use of lean construction can optimizethe construction process, reduce the waste of the project and improve the productionefficiency. |
