Study On Regional Tourism Destination Spatial Structure And Its Optimization In Xiazhangquan Area

Studies on spatial structure of regional tourism destination mainly concentratedon the measure and method of the structure of tourism spatial elements, while studyon the hierarchical system of spatial structure and the spatial effect is rare. With urbanintegration developing, the study scale of spatial structure becomes simple and thetourism spatial structure is small in the region of urban integration, where a county isa statistical unit. Therefore, its deep mechanism, present situation, and theoptimization of research method can also be further studied. Meanwhile, urbanintegration is developing rapidly in the area of XiaZhangQuan, and the integration ofcity tourism is becoming a trend. A study on the spatial structure of regional tourismcan provide spatial guidance and basic data support for region integration from aspatial level. Besides, it can refine the combination of spatial elements of regionaltourism and realize regional integration from the angle of rationalization, network andadvancement.This paper taking tourism resorts, tourism hub centers and tourism transportationas a point, with SPSS and ArcGIS9.3, this paper studies the current element status ofregional tourism destination spatial structure based on theories and methods likeTourism Hub Gravity Model, Huff Probability Gravity Model, Field Model, the GreyPrediction Model and the Theory of Central Service Spatial Layout. It also studies thedestination spatial hierarchy status by the analysis on tourism economic field, tourismhub hinterland, and judges the current developing status of regional tourismdestination spatial structure with the analysis on the evolving discrepancy ofdestination spatial structure. It is found that: the destination spatial structure ofXiaZhangQuan area is the typical Dual-Core-Structure; the hierarchy structures andinternal discrepancy of the regional tourism hub center are obvious; destinationspatial structure has close relation with transportation conditions and tourismcompanies’ activities; there are different types of shielding effects in the tourismdestination development; the internal discrepancy of the tourism spatial will decreasewith the increase of the regional tourism economic aggregate. this paper tries to provide it a networking structure optimization from the aspects of destination spatialplanning with “A nuclear and belt, Two axes, Three districts”, tourism hub centerhierarchy system constructing, tourism product structure optimizing and securitysystem optimizing with a point-line-area view, Finally the network spatial structuremodel of regional tourism destination is formed, which can be an optimal solution forsome problems, such as the spatial "depression" in the development of destinationspatial structure, the great discrepancy of spatial internal development, the unclearhierarchy and function of tourism hub system, the mismatch of tourism resources andtraffic, the poor combination of scenic spots etc.so as to offer theoretical and practicalreference for the tourism cooperation and regional integration in XiaZhangQuan area.
