Establishment of China and ASEAN Free Trade Area,the"two corridors in the construction of a circle",the Mekong sub‐regional economic cooperation,pan Beibu gulf economic zone conceptions superior platform for the entry tourism development in Guangxi provides favorable conditions. In 2006,Guangxi clearly put the construction of powerful tourism province target. In the economic globalization and regional economic integration,driven by Guangxi tide entry tourism industry is facing strong challenges and opportunities. Under this background,this article selects the main theme from the aspects of Guangxi inbound tourism research,and researchs about the problems of space structure model,makes every effort for references to Guangxi inbound tourism industries.According to the domestic and international theory and method about research of tourism spatial structure,put location theory,economic geography theory and tourism destination lifecycle theory as the theoretical basis,put factors about affecting tourism destination layout(tourism resources,the inbound tourism transportation systems, inbound tourist market,inbound tourism geographic conditions,social and economic)as the means,research the spatial structure of Guangxi inbound tourism destination and research the space layout structure of the internal basic elements of the tourism destination,and then analyzes the structure quality and divided various destinations level,and finally puts forward optimizing distribution suggestions. Research shows that the inbound tourism development about Guangxi tourist resources is very rich,present situation of condensed distribution in the space; Inbound tourism destination development stages of evolution in the"scattered form";Guangxi Guilin and Beibu Gulf area is the inbound tourism growth pole,played a strong radiation impetus function. Due to the poor traffic system,connection degree and prudent degrees are poor as well,inbound tourist market to develop relatively slowly,tourism resources are in a bad internal integration situation and so on,the development of Guangxi inbound tourism is slower than the whole nation. Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the inbound tourism destination layout structure,adjust tourism strategy,strengthen the inbound tourism propaganda,open more broader inbound tourism market.This paper uses the method about quantitative analysis to analyse the elements of Guangxi inbound tourism destination system spatial structure,which uses the methods of the most neighboring index R, alpha index,beta index,gamma index,shift‐share analysis(SSM). According to the results of analysis and divide Guangxi prefecture‐level city into three grades,on the basis of summarizing the inbound tourism destination in Guangxi of spatial structure of the general mode. This section is rarely studied by former,and this is highlight in this paper.
