Today, the industrial revolution worldwide positive shift from manufacturing toservices, driven by the rapid development of information technology and economicglobalization, modern business services outsourcing as a new trend of internationalindustrial upgrading, has increasingly become the countries from the financial crisis,enhance industrial competitiveness and achieve sustained, steady and healthydevelopment of the main engines. Affected by the market to reduce production costs,improve service quality demands, modern enterprises have to adjust their businessideas and management methods, to seek a new business model, to trying to reducecosts, improve service quality to win a competitive advantage. Thus, outsourcing hasbecome the natural choice for enterprise architecture to reinvent itself, again with aclear division of the company’s core business, strengthen the core competitiveness ofenterprises.Enterprise optimal allocation of resources is the most important advantages ofoutsourcing. Outsourcing allows companies to reposition its organizational structure,the configuration allows companies to focus resources on areas of major comparativeadvantage. Companies need to seek and follow a systematic and scientificoutsourcing decision-making model, it can really be improved by outsourcingoperations, enhance the core competitiveness, and promote the healthy andsustainable development.Based on the analysis and research services related to the content of theoutsourcing decision, to seek and build service outsourcing decision-making model ofthe modern enterprise, to do the service outsourcing security analysis.
