The Sustainable Utilization Of Rare Metals Mineral Resources In Baiyunebo

The basis for the development and economic power of a region,even a nation are directlydecided by the sustainable utilization of mineral resources. The effective development ofmineral resources, mining economic regionalization, investment activities in the mining and thestrategic in the construction of national economy and so on are important conclusions which areprovided by the mineral resources sustainable utilization ability too.By using the Carrying Capacity of resources model and Depletion method, this paperestablished mathematical models of the sustainable development and utilization of the raremetals mineral resources in Baiyunebo. Based on the analysis of rare metal mineral resourcesfor economic growth and ecological environment, on the basis of "double bind", this articledescribes the present situation of rare metals mineral resources, and then discusses thesustainable development of China’s rare metals mineral resources. The results show that byconsuming resources in a certain speed, it can be a state of so-called sustainable utilization ofresources, although the data’s availability have been affected the research which make thispaper with a fair degree of flaws, no matter in research methods and the building theories, thispaper extends the existing economics researches of rare metals mineral resource, make itsignificance in both realistic and theoretical of rare metal resources’ utilization problem with asustainable development background.Throughout the domestic and foreign literature on the theoretical study in sustainableutilization theory of rare metals mineral resources, they started from different angles and havebeen carried on deep discussions with different emphasis on contents. Most papers werediscussed the scale and the development prospect of mineral resources in Baiyunebo frommacroscopic prospect, finded out existing problems, or from smelting to explore the use of raremetals mineral resources in Baiyunebo. But rare articles discussed the problems from theperspective of economics to analyze the sustainable utilization of rare metals mineral resourcesand its economic value, social value. Researches complete and practical combined with currentsituation of the development in Baiyunebo and with the relationship between sustainabledevelopment and the scarcity of metals mineral is few. This article combined the results of relevant literature, and focused on the quantitativeanalysis, on this basis, put forward the policy recommendations of the sustainable use of the raremetals mineral resources in Baiyunebo, then establishes a set of feasible operation scheme forBaiyunebo’s rare metal mineral resources to provide proactive and guidance suggestion to thedevelopment of mining area in the future.Finally, this paper argues that the key to the sustainable development of Baiyunebo isreasonable development, effective utilization and strong management; The research of thesustainable development of the rare metals research have to go to a way which is save,advanced by science and technology, open and common development.
