In the current complicated,“crisis” and “opportunity” coexist dynamic environment, thesustainable growth of private enterprise in our country is facing increasingly severe test. Whilemany private enterprises that first venture successfully have long been a path of sustainableentrepreneurship, constantly breakthrough growth limits, maintain “Built to Last”.Based on the development of private enterprise sustainable entrepreneurship practice, thispaper take the corporate entrepreneurship theory, firm growth theory and entrepreneurial elementstheory as the basis, take the internal relations between sustainable entrepreneurship and sustainablegrowth as the main line, further study private enterprise sustainable entrepreneurship mechanism.Firstly, focus on theoretical and realistic background, put forward the concept of private enterprisesustainable entrepreneurship and give answers to “what is the sustainable entrepreneurship”,“whyplan to sustainable entrepreneurship” and the other questions. Secondly, through literatures reviewand combine with many characteristics of private enterprise sustainable entrepreneurship, arguesentrepreneur abilities, entrepreneurial opportunities identification and exploitation, entrepreneurialresources integration and allocation, and management control are key elements to support privateenterprise sustainable entrepreneurship, establish the dynamic theoretical model of privateenterprise sustainable entrepreneurship mechanism. Thirdly, through the longitudinal case study ofShanshan, utilize the grounded theory to explore the effect mechanism of key supportive elementson sustainable entrepreneurship strategic practice, validate the dynamic theoretical model. Finally,come to research conclusions. Innovative research works of this paper mainly include:(1) Creatively put forward the concept of private enterprise sustainable entrepreneurship, fullyelaborate its concept, motivation, essence and characteristics. Private enterprise should build up theidea of sustainable entrepreneurship, not only from technology, brand, management, system andother inner aspects to improve and upgrade their core competences, but also by combining ownconditions to identify and develop entrepreneurial opportunities that can create future competitiveadvantages, initiate more new business at the right time, entrepreneurial transformation so as topromote enterprise to continue to grow. According to sustainable entrepreneurship dynamicmechanism, private enterprise sustainable entrepreneurship can be divided into the visionarysustainable entrepreneurship and the threatened sustainable entrepreneurship. As a very importantstrategic choice of breakthrough firm growth limits, the essence of sustainable entrepreneurship is to promote private enterprise to operate forever and strive to become sustainable entrepreneurialdiversified conglomerate. Compared with background of the first venture, private enterprisesustainable entrepreneurship strategic practice show more new characteristics.(2) Establish and verify the dynamic theoretical model of private enterprise sustainable entre-preneurship mechanism. Establish the dynamic theoretical model of private enterprise sustainableentrepreneurship mechanism which contains entrepreneur abilities, entrepreneurial opportunitiesidentification and development, entrepreneurial resources integration and allocation, and managecontrol, through the longitudinal case study of Shanshan and utilize the grounded theory to explorethe intrinsic mechanism of key supportive elements on sustainable entrepreneurship strategicpractice, validate the dynamic theoretical model. Also consider that private enterprise shouldoptimize and integrate these key elements constantly in order to consolidate entrepreneurialachievements and promote to carry out sustainable entrepreneurship practice more efficient.
