As people pay much more attention to the consumption in health, shortcut andfashion, they spend much more money to consume the small electric appliances,especially for personal care appliances worldwide. On the one hand, the market demandfor the personal care electric appliances keeps booming up, on the other hand, thethreshold to access this business line is very low. Therefore, lots of enterprises get intothis business scope, which intensifies the competition among the enterprises. Firstly, mostof the export-oriented enterprises keep losing the orders owing to the sluggish economicsituation in the overseas market since year2008. They have to find ways out in domesticmarket. However, the local branded enterprises already entrapped into the “price battle”,and they are in hope of expanding market overseas. At the same time, some internationalfamous brands, such as Philips, Panasonic and Braun lower down their price to occupythe low-end market. Since the competition in the market of personal care electricappliances is so intense, all the enterprises in this business scope have to think about howto let their companies keep growing in future.Ningbo zhenhe Electric Co., Ltd is one of manufacturers mainly specialized inproducing the smaller personal care electric appliances, such as electric shaver and hairclipper. The paper mainly focuses on the research on the sales and marketing strategy ofNingbo Zhenhe. First of all, it will list out relative theories of sales and marketing, andanalyze the macro-environment and micro-environment of the company. Then the paperwill point out the major problems among current sales and marketing strategy. Based onthe above mentioned problems, it will apply the4Ps theory and find the correct ways andsolutions.The paper is based on the marketing research and Ningbo Zhenhe first hand basicdata, under the instruction of relative theory of the sales and marketing, and taking thesampling research as the main measure. The paper will do some help for the company tomake their future strategy on sales and marketing, so is the other companies in businessline of personal care electric appliances.
