In today’s society industry exist the fierce competition, scientific andstandardized project management has become an important means to improve the corecompetitiveness of construction enterprise. Project human resource management is aimportant part of project management that not to be ignored, the study of projecthuman resource management has a strong practical significance. In the project ofhuman resource management, project personnel performance evaluation is one of thekey links. In this paper, Based on the application research on the JT project ofcompany B. JT project is analyzed in performance evaluation of project humanresource management mode and the existing problems, and it will be improved in JTproject. For JT project, make a research on the following aspects:(1) Theorganization setup, post setting, personnel access, etc.(2) The performance evaluationsystem of JT project, including confirm the methods of evaluation, evaluation indexselection and evaluation result application (3) the team building of JT project.Through the research, we hope to establish high performance project team toprovide reference basis, and contribute to enhance the overall level of the engineeringproject management.
