Human resource is the most important resource among various social resources,and for the developments of enterprises,the scientific and ordered human resource management is helpful to consolidate and improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise,and give the enterprise long-term developments.So the human resource allocation management is the most critical link for how to make the human resource display the largest functions.Hence in this article,it takes the Beijing Dongba foundation pit support engineering project as the research target,and displays the management advantages of human resources,and improves the employees' work motivations,in order to resolve the problems exist in the engineering project management such as the human resource allocation management lacks systematicness,the selection mechanism is diseased,and the peripheral personnel allocation management have obvious loopholes,and then improve the levels and implementation effects of the engineering project human resource allocation management,which are expected to help resolve the major problems in the resource human allocation management in the Chinese construction engineering project.In this article,it mainly develops the following works:first of all,analyzing the existing documents to propose the research targets of this article,and meanwhile draws lessons quote from the existing research results to provide the references and proofs for the research and optimization of the human resource allocation management of Beijing Dongba foundation pit support engineering project;secondly,understand the status of the human resource allocation management of Beijing Dongba foundation pit support engineering project,go deep into the project construction personnel to carry out the depth interviews,and abstract the similarities in combination with the personal work experiences and first-hand understanding to support this research,and further to point out the problems and deficiencies existing in the planning and operating processes of the human resource allocation management of the project;finally,focusing on the problems existing in the human resource allocation management of Beijing Dongba foundation pit support engineering project,it has carried out the careful and thorough analysis and proposed the detailed optimization strategies and guarantee measures,and reached the aims to research the basic theory,analyze the detailed problem and find the basic method.Through the research,it has concluded the follow:ing conclusions:firstly,the project team shall take its own realities into consideration when carrying out the project human resource allocation management to structure a set of high efficient human resource allocation management system;secondly,establishing the post competition system of Beijing Dongba foundation pit support engineering project has very important significance for improving the human resource allocation management level of this project;thirdly,enhance the team construction of Beijing Dongba foundation pit support engineering project in order to be capable of efficiently strengthening the cohesiveness and fighting force of the team;fourthly,in order to efficiently improve the human resource allocation management level of Beijing Dongba foundation pit support engineering project,first of all,it establishes the team communication system of Beijing Dongba foundation pit support engineering project,secondly,it perfects the excitation mechanism of Beijing Dongba foundation pit support engineering project.
