Human resources management is a very important link in the management of petroleum engineering project.The Molong company is an old state-owned petroleum engineering enterprises,although the restructuring had be done, but the management was not fine.The enthusiasm of the staff was not enough in the project management.Personnel efficiency is difficult to use fully.It is important to do depth study on the problems of the human resources management in Molong company.The research is not only good for enhancing the efficiency and personnel management of Molong company, but also for the current stage of the petroleum engineering enterprises.The full text is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduced the background, the purpose and the significance.
