Human resources management is a very important link in the management of petroleum engineering project.The Molong company is an old state-owned petroleum engineering enterprises,although the restructuring had be done, but the management was not fine.The enthusiasm of the staff was not enough in the project management.Personnel efficiency is difficult to use fully.It is important to do depth study on the problems of the human resources management in Molong company.The research is not only good for enhancing the efficiency and personnel management of Molong company, but also for the current stage of the petroleum engineering enterprises.The full text is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduced the background, the purpose and the significance. The second chapter introduced the theory of project management, human resource management and the related theory. The third chapter analyzed the engineering project human resource management. The fourth chapter introduced the current situation of human resources management and the existing problems of Molong company. The fifth chapter put forward the improvement scheme according to the existing problems of Molong company human resource management. The sixth chapter is the conclusion of this paper.The focus of this paper is:first of all, this paper expounds the related theory of project management and human resources management. Secondly, according to the related theory, combined with the actual situation, I put forward the feasible solution for the question of humen resources management of Molong company,and build a system Which is much better for the management of petroleum engineering project of Molong company.The characteristics and innovation of this paper:According to the theory of project management and human resources management, through the three aspects of strategy and organization, personnel management and support service, this paper systematically put forward some problems existed in human resource management of Molong company project, and can fully analyze human resources management system of Molong company.In the design for the solution of the problems, I completely solve the human resource management and business development which cannot match with each other based on the development strategy of Molong company with optimal design considering of the improved method.I put forward the improved method improved method comprehensively which include the business sector joining in the planning of human resource management, enhancing the rights and responsibilities of the project manager, introducing the final elimination principle,and building the Human resource allocation mechanism and other improved methods which can solve the problems of redundancies, uneven distribution based on the plan of the human resources, organizational structure,post setting and so on. post establishment post establishmentThe improved scheme presented in this paper improved the system of the human resource management of Molong company, improve management and efficiency, and can guide the company to select and retain talent. At the same time, the improved scheme can provide a scientific basis, lessons and inspirations of human resource management of other projects.
