Research On Green Supply Chain Network Design

With the continuous development of the socio-economic, environmentalpollution has become more and more serious, the face of this reality, in its strategicplanning and day-to-day operation of the process have to start considering the impactof environmental factors on the sustainable development of enterprises. In this trend,green supply chain management began to be popular among the social. Green supplychain from emergence until now, has been widespread concern and discussion ofacademics and practitioners, Green Supply Chain Management follow-up to promotesustainable development and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Greensupply chain network design problem is an important issue in the green supply chainmanagement, green supply chain network design into the green concept, allowsbusinesses to reduce environmental pollution and to reduce the consumption ofnatural resources in the process of supply chain management. Study of green supplychain network design for green supply chain management to provide some help andguidance to enable them to be more reasonable and effective to carry out green supplychain management.Scholars at home and abroad centralized the Reverse network design in reverselogistics and reverse recovery above the green supply chain design problem, in suchmatters, the decision-makers need to establish some recycling facilities and recoverystrategy to the implementation of environmental protection strategy such problemsusually without full consideration of the prevention of the environment in the entiresupply chain process. In view of this situation, this paper proposes a green supplychain network design problem, emphasized on environmental pollution and energyconsumption in the supply chain to minimize pollution generated in the supply chainago, that is to say in the whole process of the products and services which reducepollution and adverse environmental impact on the strategic level from a new angle ofenvironmental protection considerations, modeling and solution of the model. First onthe status and trends of the development of green supply chain management, thestrategic significance of the green supply chain management enterprise, then thisarticle reviews the literature on green supply chain management and green supplychain network design, followed by introduction of green supply chain network designobjectives, principles, influencing factors and steps, and expect to provide referenceand help to give the green supply chain network design, and finally this paper, a simple green supply chain network model, by use of the method for solvingmulti-objective planning method contrast, it is proposed that companies should takeadvantage of the multi-objective planning standardized method to solve the constraintmethod of the model. The results of this research the improvement and developmentof the green supply chain network design, provides a new way of thinking for thegreen supply chain management to reduce environmental pollution and energyconsumption, the same time, enterprises can also refer to the paper proposes greensupply chain network model for subsequent corporate green supply chain networks,optimize the design, so as to provide some help and guidance for the company’slong-term strategic planning.
