China futures market is in the best policy environment and obtains theunprecedented development opportunity depending on the launch of the stock indexfutures as well as more and more futures varieties and innovative products andbusinesses continuing to come out. The futures companies are also obtain the greatprogress and rapid growth. The thesis summarized the current situation of the futuresindustry, reviewed the futures market condition and prospected the futuredevelopment which combined with the current situation of the futures companies andtheir business departments. At present, the problems because of the lack of creativethinking do generally exist in the marketing and service of the futures businessdepartments, such as the investment imbalance for the marketing and maintenance;serious homogeneity competition due to the simple service process; the marketingmodel is lack of innovation and the personnel configuration is not reasonableenough, etc. According to the above mentioned problems, I try to propose thestrategies for innovative models of marketing and service for the futures businessdepartments with using the empirical analysis and the descriptive research combiningwith the open type extension of thought. In the proposal of the innovative marketingmodel, I mainly excavated the breadth and depth of the market development andproposed the marketing channel extension method and the product innovation and thebrand strategy. In the research of the creative client maintenance model, I focused onthe customer classification management, personalized maintenance and regulate theoriginal service process, set up self service brand to increase customer stickiness.Enterprise transformation and upgrade can not success without the talents. Aim at thecurrent personnel training and introduction method of the futures businessdepartments, the thesis proposed to make more reasonable and scientific internaltalent framework though the management innovation and talent upgrading. Chinafutures market will into the development fast lane owing to the financial derivativesera opens in an all-round way. Innovation will become the basic source power for thefutures companies and business departments’ development and growth. Therein it isthe reason and purpose of the thesis.
