As the original power of the fast and effective development for the enterprise, Humanresources has been accepted by more and more excellent enterprises since the end oflast centenary and the People-oriented management philosophy has gone deep intoeach link of the operation management for enterprises. As the most active factor of theeconomic development, Human resources has been invested as a kind of strategicresource. Currently, the competition among enterprises is reflected finally on humanresources competition. As for obtainment of human resources, besides the promises toproviding the social status, favorable working conditions, promotion chance etc, theattraction of the compensation&benefits play a vital role in fighting for humanresources. Therefore, it is important to construct a reasonable compensation system toattract,cultivate and keep the talents. Studying on the current compensation system ofZHYF Corporation, this paper raises the striking questions and weakness of thecompensation system of the enterprise from a multi-dimension system analysis on thecomprehensive compensation management.Combining with its human resources strategy, this paper primarily starts from thelong-term strategy and then confirms the selection of its competitive compensationstrategy. Secondly, by job analysis and positions evaluation, it confirms3majorsequence of positions, namely positions in terms of operation management, technicalskill, technical operation. Based on the fact of the enterprise and development level ofthis industry of ZHYF Corporation, following the principles and thinking of designingthe compensation system, it improves upon systematically its existing compensationsystem with the study methods of quantity and quality. Finally, given that the fullimplementation of the optimized compensation system in the enterprise, it samples thepersonnel by questionnaire and according to the evaluation on the investigationoutcome, the optimized compensation system comes to the expectation, tremendouslyimproving upon the performance of the organization and contributing to thepromotion of human resources capital ‘s efficiency.This paper tries to stimulate its personnel and build up the activity and initiative of itspersonnel and inspire the zeal and potential of them by the scientific planning and reasonable optimization of the compensation system of ZHYF Corporation, providingthe intelligent support for the long-term strategy of the enterprise. Considering thedesign of the compensation system is a tough and hard issue for the modern enterprisestudy, hopefully this paper can provide the same a mirror and reference for those withsame background or similar problems by the optimization study on ZHYFcompensation system.
