Human resources management is an important part of human resource management,has an irreplaceable role in the process of enterprise development,especially in attracting social talents and keep talents with strong function,is the enterprise employees play subjective initiative and inspire employees to create value for the enterprise,improve enterprise the benefit of the scientific method,finally realize the win-win effect of enterprises and employees.Construction enterprises are in a typical labor-intensive industry.There are issues such as high separation rates of intermediate-level technicians,ineffective salary incentive and low employee initiative,which directly restricts the effectiveness of human resource management and strongly impacts development of the enterprise.As China's demand for enterprises continue to strengthen,construction enterprises gradually shift to the planning and scientific is the inevitable requirement of market economy development,X construction enterprise human resources management model has been unable to adapt to the market requirements.Therefore,the optimization of human resource compensation management in X construction enterprises is of great practical significance to the development of enterprises.X construction enterprise is one of the construction enterprises in our country at present with high comprehensive real estate construction ability,committed to the real estate development project construction and providing technical information service the whole process of engineering material for professional architectural design agencies,At the same time it provides decision-making for material related building engineering solutions.At present,X construction enterprises still use a more traditional post salary,and decided to focus more on employee compensation according to personal experience and position,managers ignore the issue of employee compensation hospital have produced restrictive effects on the development of enterprises.In this paper,through a combination of domestic and foreign advanced management theory and corresponding methods,and applying the research method of questionnaire,theory and data analysis method of enterprise human resource is analyzed from the X construction enterprises pay satisfaction,organizational justice,personal emotion,performance appraisal angle,most on the problems from the construction enterprise job analysis,design,construction enterprise human resources salary structure of X construction enterprise bonus assessment optimization,X construction enterprise human resource optimization,X broadband construction enterprise benefits optimization angle to the X construction enterprise human resources management is optimized.The fundamental purpose of optimized human resource salary management is to improve employee satisfaction of construction enterprise X and retain excellent talents on the premise of stimulating employee's initiative.
