SPC System Establishment Of H Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation

Under the condition of limited time, fund, etc., a newly built H semiconductormanufacturing corporation successfully established a highly automatic SPC systemwhich integrated with production system within one year by utilizing projectmanagement in a flexible way.Firstly, this thesis introduces the corporation’ s founding background，overallstrategy, the production line construction of H semiconductor manufacturingcorporation and the theory and method of related project management.Secondly, the thesis analyzes the existing problems of non-project managementpromoting SPC system construction, which demonstrates how to set up the projectefficiently.Furthermore, it is very necessary to emphasize on the research of the characteristicsof stakeholder and teamwork organization, the content of project charter, theinnovation of WBS and responsibility assignment matrix, the effective schedule ofproject, the complicated selection of contractor and the main problems whichencountered in the implementation of process.Last but not least, in this thesis, it summarizes on project management achievements,experience and shortcomings of the SPC system construction in order to set up a goodexample to the similar project management.
