Unpredictable demand for semiconductor parts, inventory costs are high and single suppliers is a big problem, so the inventory management should be based on a more efficient system to reduce inventory costs, to increased inventory turns, but the present way is to rely on more manual control. Finally, a prospect is made for the development of the localization of the supply of raw materials and spare parts in the semiconductor industry. It is necessary to vigorously promote the development of the localization of the semiconductor industry chain.
