A Study On The Project-oriented Learning Organization Construction Of Construction Enterprise

Abstract: In the rapidly change process from today’s industrial society toinformation society, the use of knowledge and information in carrying out innovativeactivities has become the dominant means of human society to create social wealth.The characteristics and needs of project-oriented business operations becomeincreasingly evident.“Project management” theories, methods and tools have beenmatured after a long-term research and practice, becoming the effective organizationand management model in the era of knowledge economy. However, the change ofsocial environment and the intensifying of the competition make the self-innovationand the ability to adapt to the market environment as the most basic elements ofenterprises survival and development. In this context, the theory of “learningorganization” came into being and quickly set off a craze in the world. Learningorganization model can promote self-improvement and overpass of the enterpriseunder the upheaval environment and enable enterprises to better adapt to theenvironmental change and the need for competition. Such organization form mayenable the enterprises to take the initiative to update and maintain self-transcendenceenergy, to make up for the lack of project-oriented enterprises in continuingdevelopment and knowledge, experience accumulation, and information transfer, andto promote the efficient management of high-effective management mode cored byenterprise project management.On the basis of research and analysis of project management and learningorganization theory, targeted at the industry characteristics and the situation of DBCompany, the thesis studies and explores the organic combination of two theories toestablish and form project-oriented learning organization in project constructionenterprises. This paper summarizes the project-oriented learning type organization increating and upgrading targets and principles; summarizing project-oriented learningorganization characteristics and the way of organizational building; and summing upthe main contents and methods of organization building to provide reference andexperience for project construction companies and other types enterprises at this stageof creating project-oriented learning organization.
