The Property Management industry was the result of the economy development afterChina’s Reform and Opening-up. the first property management corporation—ShenzhenProperty Management Co, Ltd was founded in Shenzhen on March10,1980. In middle late of1980s, along with the rapid development of our nation and the real state industry, the propertymanagement sector is rising quickly. But, the property management has only covered30%ofthe total capacity of China’s real state, and the percentage is only50%even in the developedcity,. There is a huge potential market.Staff is an important resource of property management company, affect the enterpriseoperation and development directly, but staff losing bring the property management companyintense pressure. How to manage the staff lossing how to prevent ithas became the importantwork in human resource department of a property management company.I have been at ZKproperty management company to carry out the work of human resources management for theloss of property company personnel deep expression, this paper makes a research on this as thestarting point.Based on the related books, journal articles, dissertations, and case, observes, on the relatedtheory of the staff losingand human resource management theory is reviewed, on the basis ofsufficient theoretical knowledge, access to the ZK property management company’s situationand the development history, details about the company’s size, project management, staffingand personnel turn-over of information, such as combination of theoretical knowledge andconcrete data, analyzes the reasons of the staff losingand the damage of the theory with practice,the targeted management strategies are put forward.I hope witharticle, can drain provide certain enlightenment for property managementcompany in staff loosing issue, also it can play a roleto improve the management level ofhuman resource...
