Employee Turnover is an area many scholars have had research on it., it has a history of more than50years in foreign countries. The domestic research on this problem is gradually increasing in recent years.With the development of marketing economy and the growth of high-tech industries, technical talents become more and more important for the development of the enterprise. They always play an important role in the enterprise and their departure will bring huge losses. The paper choose the technical talents worked in Shandong Qilu Software park as the research objects and the paper adopt the methods of literature reading, questionnaire investigation and multivariate statistical analysis and so on to do analysis based on the Price-Mueller(2000) model.In this paper, it draws the following conclusion through research:First job satisfaction the enterprise culture、promotion opportunities and career development are the key factors for the departure of technical talents; Secondly it draws an conclusion through the single factor analysis that the turnover rate of the singles is higher than the married; Thirdly it has an significant difference in college degree on turnover intention and the master employee’s turnover rate is higher than the undergraduates and the undergraduates is higher than the college degree; Forth the employees who don’t intend to go back home have an high rate of employee turnover.Finally, the paper on the basis of empirical analysis put forward the strategy for reserving the technical talents.Firstly we must pay attention to their organizational commitment and job involvement when recruiting the technical talents;Secondly we should design the perfect compensation incentive mechanism and we put forward the construction of comprehensive compensation system according to the characteristics of the technical talents;Thirdly we need to establish and perfect the corporate career development channel;Forth we attach great importance to the construction of enterprise culture.
