On The Basis Of Industry Chain To Research The Optimization Of E-commerce Information Flow

E-commerce is not only one means of transaction，but a systematic business operationmode and management philosophy; it has fundamentally subverted the traditionalmanagement philosophy，industrial structure chain and market operation mode，largelypromoted the development of productivity and the change of production relations，andbecome one constant industrial revolution.Information is the basis of information society，and also the key element of e-commerce. Whether the information of e-commerce flowssmoothly or not is directly related to the business decision and survival of the enterprise，directly related to the normal operation and development of the e-commerce，and directlyrelated to the foundation building and sustainable development of the information society.Taking the information flow as the main research object，starting from the perspective ofindustry chain and aiming at the optimization of e-commerce information flow，this paperbriefly introduces the study overview of e-commerce information flow and current status ofe-commerce application，analyzes the information flow path and process for e-commerce，and elaborates the close relationship between industrial chain and e-commerce informationflow to find the problems affecting information flow，analyze and summarize the maincauses，and attempts to optimize the information flow path and process for e-commerce. Thispaper does some simple researches on the e-commerce from the perspective of industrialchain and information flow，in hoping of providing a different analysis angle for the correctunderstanding of e-commerce，good management of information flow and better developmentof e-commerce.
