In the modern market economy, private enterprises is not only the main body of marketeconomy, the source of the market economic vitality. After the reform and opening up, privateenterprises in China get rapid development. The steady economic growth, relieve employmentpressure, improve the residents’ income and promote technological progress are playing anincreasingly important role, and even our country enterprise reference and relying on thereform and development. However, many enterprises are often in a weak position in thecompetition, and have many problems in the management.The current enterprise core competition is talented person’s competition, then establishedto attract talent, motivate talent and retain talent incentive mechanism that is very importantfor enterprise.
