| With the rapid development of information and communication technology,companies have begun to change the existing supply chain management model andgradually implement supply chain collaborative managementin order to cope with fiercemarket competition. The value of collaboration has been widely recognized, however,implementation of collaborative strategies also adds many new uncertainties. The study ofstability of collaborative supply chain can effectively reduce the operational risk of thesupply chain, improve collaborative management level, and provide a reference for theimplementation of supply chain collaborative management strategies. Therefore, it isnecessary to evaluate and research the stability of the collaborative supply chain.Firstly, this article introduces concepts of stability and the collaborative supply chain.Compared with the traditional supply chain, we analyze both positive and negativestability effects of collaborative measures, summarize the characteristics of collaborativesupply chain stability, and lay the foundation for the recognition process of stabilityfactors.Secondly, we identify the factors which affecting the collaborative supply chainstability, considering both the operational processes and organizational relationship. Then,based on the DEMATEL method for correlation analysis of the stability factors, we get thecombined effect matrix and correlation parameters, screen out the key factors, and stratifykey factors by the ISM method. The layered results reveal the reference value of keyfactors on the controlling and evaluation of stability.Thirdly, according to the evaluation principles, the article sets up the evaluation indexsystem of stability, and proposes a stability comprehensive evaluation model ofcollaborative supply chain based on the optimal combination weighting method. Themodel uses the combined effect matrix for evaluating weights of indexes, and combinesthe Delphi method, the DEMATEL modifying method and the entropy method todetermine weights of indexes, so the evaluation model can obtain a more reasonableconclusion about stability. Finally, with a case study of the Tsingtao Beer supply chain, we analyze thecharacteristics and status of its collaboration strategy. and use the results to evaluate thestability of supply chain. It verified the rationality and validity of the index system andevaluation model. |
