China is the world’s largest coal producer and consumer of coal in the primary energy consumption, coal consumption rate of more than 60%. But since 2012, China’s coal industry is experiencing a supply and demand imbalance, structural surplus "winter" in the short term the market will continue the pattern of stalemate, the price of coal is expected to downlink always present. At a time when China’s "Thirteen Five" the first year of the plan, the country is strongly promoting and implementing energy supply side reforms to resolve the coal industry overcapacity and backward production capacity. For the past few years to establish a large coal enterprises through mergers and acquisitions, should strive to grasp the opportunity to achieve the turnaround of development policy, the coal supply chain as the core of the company, should get rid of the traditional mode of operation, business isolated, one-sided pursuit of short-term profit maximization give full play to large state-owned enterprise resource integration, through the establishment of collaborative relationships with upstream material suppliers to achieve coal production of materials science match actual demand and suppliers of system resources. Can reduce overall procurement costs, profits play a leverage effect to enhance the coal supply chain synergy value-added profits, cost efficiency and achieve businessobjectives and promote enterprise structure optimization and upgrade and enhance the core competitiveness of the main industry, foster the development of new power.Based on the summary of supply chain collaboration, supplier management and supply chain management theory to large coal enterprise material centralized procurement model of the actual background based collaborative perspective material in coal enterprise actual demand and supplier of capacity,was constructed large-scale coal enterprise material supplier selection model,and added supplier life-cycle theory and the theory of PDCA quality improvement, improve supplier selection and management processes. This paper focuses on the architecture model has been studied mainly in three areas:First, by summarizing and analyzing existing research and management practices in material classification method is proposed based on the value of supplies of coal enterprises, supply and production business risk dimensional properties on Step Kraljic matrix classification, the actual material needs of enterprises broken down : key materials, bulk materials, special materials and general supplies, and finally achieve supplier classification management based materials category.The second is based on supply chain collaborative research and coal enterprise material supplier evaluation research, combined with large-scale coal enterprises in the actual operation and application, factors affecting the index selected by analyzing the material supplier synergy constructed containing ninecriteria layer materials supplier evaluation index system and index factor layer34 indicators, evaluation methods and gives each index.Third, through the comparative analysis of various types of qualitative and quantitative supplier selection method for solving subjective evaluation system and gray, enhanced selection result of scientific and accurate. Firstly, different categories of suppliers Index Weighting through expert scoring method and AHP; then the integrated use of Euclidean distance and the gray, established based on material supplier evaluation and selection of GRA-TOPSIS method.Finally, the material supplier selection model is applied to T Coal Group,select its supporting steel suppliers make an empirical analysis to calculate the integrated ordering five alternative suppliers to determine the M5 and M4 suppliers to achieve purchase order distribution, M3 as a substitute suppliers.The innovations that build on the selection of supply chain collaborative large-scale coal enterprise material supplier model, and proposed evaluation system interoperability step formula Kraljic Matrix taxonomy and suppliers around the model framework, the AHP-GRA- Research on coal enterprise material suppliers selected combination of methods TOPSIS applied to having a strong theoretical and practical value.
