Evaluation Model Of Selection Of Suppliers Based On DEMATEL-ANP

Along with economic globalization,the internationalization of competition,as well as the various countries to strengthen and improve the ecological protection consciousness, lumber in the position of the economic and social development is more and more importance. All these led to the import enterprises to strengthen the close collaboration between with the wood supplier,build partnerships,seek cooperation in competition,seek development in the cooperation and constantly focus on supply chain management. China as one of the most important exporter of American hardwood lumber,in the fierce global competition environment,the hardwood purchasing domestic enterprises should pay more attention to supplier selection and evaluation,attaches great importance to establish cooperation win-win supply chain relationship with suppliers.But in a multitude of alternative suppliers,how to scientifically choose suitable hardwood lumber suppliers as partners in the actual operation is the difficulty and emphasis.Studying on the object of supplier selection based on the theory combined with practice,evidence from the Shanghai J&Crown Forest Products LTD,the main research is how to select the American hardwood lumber supplier.On the basis of literature study about plenty of supplier selection evaluation,firstly, summarized the main influencing factors of supplier selection evaluation,and then set up index evaluation system according to combine with the actual situation and characteristic of real industry—Shanghai J&Crown Forest Products LTD. Studying on the primary index of American hardwood lumber supplier and then analysis of the logic relations between them by using the method of Dematel.According to use the software of Matalb computing the comprehensive influence matrix and then draw the causality diagram.All these are the foundation for building the ANP.Then based on the theory and method of ANP, combined with the network structure,using Super Decisions1.6.0software to consistency test based on and after that we can compute the corresponding super matrix,then calculate the weight of each evaluation index, at last,by using the method of GAY,we can calculate the alternative priority sequence of supplier selection. The selections of suppliers and the measures of supply chain competitiveness for Shanghai J&Crown Forest Products LTD were suggested in the end.
