In the21st century’s increasingly competitive and dynamic environment, inter-organizational strategic collaboration is becoming more and more important. Supply chain collaboration has become the important way for enterprises to achieve competitive advantages. Information collaboration is not only an indispensable part of supply chain collaboration, but also the premise and foundation of supply chain logistics, cash flow coordination. Supply chain information collaboration performance reflects the effects and value of information collaboration. This research established the information collaboration performance evaluation index system, and also constructed a novel supply chain information collaboration performance evaluation method combined the Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method effectively.Firstly, Chapter Ⅰ of this thesis introduced the background and significance of this research. Chapter Ⅱ reviewed the domestic and foreign related literatures of supply chain collaboration and information collaboration.Secondly, Chapter Ⅲ of this thesis defined the concept of supply chain information collaboration, then also elaborated the research of the information collaboration technology and standards, collaborative process competence, collaborative development competence and collaboration benefits, which laid the theoretical foundations for supply chain information collaboration performance evaluation. And then the research build the supply chain information collaboration model which consists of supply network, enterprise internal, distribution network information collaboration, exploring how the core manufacturing enterprise lead the whole supply chain to realize supply chain information collaboration.Thirdly, the core Chapter IV of this thesis established the supply chain information collaboration performance evaluation index system from seven dimensions of enterprise information system resources, collaborative support mechanisms, collaborative process competence, information collaboration time advantage, information collaboration cost advantage, information collaboration financial advantage, and collaborative development competence. Then this research analyzed the reliability and validity of the index system with the SPSS Statistical tool, in order to ensure that the index system has good internal consistency. Then the research innovatively combined Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory method and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method to construct the DEMATEL-Fuzzy Logic Evaluation method, which was applied for the first time to the supply chain information collaboration performance evaluation process. The Evaluation Method has both theoretical and practical significance for the core manufacturer’s supply chain network to improve information collaboration performance of the supply network, enterprise internal and distribution network.Finally, Chapter V applied the supply chain collaboration information performance evaluation system and method to the automotive supply chain of FV and SV’s two core vehicle manufacturers respectively, evaluating the information collaboration performance of supply network, core enterprise internal, distribution network and the whole supply chain, in order to verify the scientificity and rationality of index system and evaluation method. Based on the evaluation results, this research offered suggestions for managers to improve the effectiveness of supply chain information collaboration initiatives.
