Frontline employees are the direct production staffs and therefore it is necessary totake some effective and incentive measures for them. Establishing a consistentmechanism with the development of the enterprise and providing an effective andincentive system to frontline employees are the cornerstones of C enterprises’ dailywork.It is also the basic guarantee of the enterprise to adapt the economic systemreformation and the changing situation of market. Furthermore, it is an urgent need torecruit and retain the talent. The mechanism of frontline employees is the sum of a seriesof measures, by stimulating their motivation and inducing their behaviors on the basis offinding out their intrinsic need. Then understanding under what kind of surroundings,they will be more willing to obey the arrangements, will be more willing to face the job,and will be more willing to take the initiative to improve work performance.Firstly, the necessity of setting up the mechanism is being discussed. Secondly, bythe on-site interview, literature review, book reading etc, it shows a situation that “thefirst-line is empty, the second-line is blocking, the third-line is plugging”. Meanwhile,there exists an unfair phenomenon on personnel promotion and bonuses distribution etc.All above result in unstable staff thought and low satisfaction and always put their wholeheart into the second or the third line. Thirdly, analyze the reasons of above phenomena,then put forward some effective measures according to those problems. That is, startingfrom the enterprise-oriented selection, it solves the housing problem which is associatedwith employee life and often cares about staff training, salary incentive, and attachesgreat importance to the overlooked frontline employees about their career planning andthe emotional management of psychological aspects.
