In recent years, the number of China’s food supply has made remarkable achievements,but the attendant had a lot of food safety issues, food security incidents. The number ofconsumers demand for food has gradually turned to food quality needs, on the one hand dueto the characteristics of the food itself and makes it difficult for consumers to judge whetherthe food itself safe; the other hand, due to the lack of consumer knowledge of food safety,resulting in business As consumers unwilling to pay higher prices, which will affect theproduction of enthusiasm. A series of violent incidents leaking China ’s food safety problemsthroughout the system, but once the food security problems, not only the credibility of thegovernment ’s fall, consumers suffer, the food industry will also suffer reputational damage,it can be said to participate in food safety issues affecting food safety the different subjects.China has been mainly dominated government regulation, not well functioning foodcompanies and consumers. And so these three subjects also represent different forces, andpaper argues that the behavior of these three subjects directly affect China’s food securitysituation. Therefore, to solve food safety problems, should be seen in the interactionbetween the three types of the body start to explore cooperation between them, on this basis,this paper attempts through cooperation between the three categories of subjects to explorefood safety management.This paper studies several aspects of food safety. The first is the introduction, this paperintroduces the research background and significance of the current research status, a briefresearch methods and innovation. The second chapter studies abroad. Chapter III FoodSafety and security market theory. The fourth chapter describes the status quo of Chinesefood safety control supply, and to investigate the needs for food safety regulation frombusiness and consumer perspective. The fifth chapter from three main angles to explore ourtraceability system. Chapter VI, respectively, from the perspective of the three policyproposals subject.Judging from the current situation of our country, rely on government regulators havebeen unable to effectively control food safety risks. Government as the main regulation,relying on various means or rules of other economic agents, mainly refers to the foodcompanies to limit and sanctions. But given the extensive literature analysis, food safety due to asymmetric information, too much emphasis on government regulation, forced by anexternal force can not effectively improve the efficiency of food safety. Other methods canalso improve the efficiency of the food supply safe food companies, such as changes indemand brought about by the reputation or authentication mechanism will encourageenterprises to become internalized their own behavior. At the same time as the mainconsumer participation in food safety, food safety issues, excessive dependence ongovernment regulation, and the Government itself, because of the large Chinese population,the food industry is uneven, difficult to completely control. While for the food industry, dueto restrictions on the development stage of the food industry, businesses can not follow theEuropean Union, the United States standards for production. The regulation, the productionof final consumers are facing, and now both for the government or business, it is difficult toobtain a wide range of information for consumers about food safety awareness andpurchasing behavior.Another feature of this paper is therefore through surveys of consumers,by understanding consumer demand for food safety control, failure to take corrective foodsafety, which play the main role of consumers.Therefore, this paper believes that to solve the system of Chinese food safety issues, thegovernment should not rely solely on a single regulation, but should play a role in foodsafety markets in other topics, such as food companies, consumers and other forces, thegovernment through certain institutional arrangements, the power of government regulation,market incentives and consumer power to unite together to govern food safety issues.
