The deepening of economic globalization makes the enterprises is facingincreasing competitive pressure. In the competitive environment, companies in thepursuit of low cost, high efficiency while hoping to provide customers with highquality products, more and more managers started to pay attention and "Six Sigmaquality" between "Lean Speed" Integration issues that Lean Six Sigma managementAct. Many Chinese companies have also begun to actively explore the Lean SixSigma method, however, can truly successful implementation of Lean Six Sigma fewand far between. Domestic research on Lean Six Sigma management mainly stay atthe theoretical level, how to combine the practice with the development of Chineseenterprises, the formation of a Lean Six Sigma management with Chinesecharacteristics is a problem that plagues many companies.Firstly, on the basis of the relevant researches were reviewed on a detaileddiscussion of the content and tools of lean production management and Six Sigmamanagement methods, and introduces the theory of Lean Six Sigma managementsystem is proposed to improve the Lean Six Sigma process management DMAIC II. Aresearch paper focuses on companies to improve the process through rate130DBtransformer models to expand, introduce Lean Six Sigma DMAIC II specificmanagement tools used in the improvement of product quality. In the definition phase,the use of lean manufacturing principles, focusing on value stream analysis, identifykey quality characteristics, determined to improve the scope and project objectives; inthe measurement phase, through the Y measurement system analysis, processcapability analysis, FMEA analysis after, for the simple factors X with leanimprovement fast processing, and complex factors into the analysis phase and X;during the analysis phase, for complex X factor ANOVA using binary DOE methodsand screening methods to determine significant factors; improving stage byquantifying DOE RSM experiments and factor analysis to get the best factorparameters to determine the best improvement program, while the use of on-sitemanagement of lean production environment fully optimized; in the control phase,confirmed the project to improve the effectiveness, efficiency scientific assessment ofthe project to build reasonable control plans be standardized.Based on previous studies put forward the theory of Lean Six Sigma management system of law and summarized the method steps of Lean Six SigmaDMAIC II management tools to improve product quality in specific applications, forthe majority of domestic SME in the implementation of Lean Six Sigma has a certainsignificance.
