In the economic globalization today, with the gradual relaxation of financialcontrol, commercial banks have been white hot competition, the traditional productoriented business philosophy gradually to take the customer as the center, customerresource has become the key factor of commercial banks in the fierce competition. Athorough study of the present situation and development of domestic commercialbank customer manager system, not only help provide a thinking direction for thedomestic banking sector to further deepen the reform; also can help domesticcommercial banks to further improve the customer manager system, solve the existingproblems in the practical operation, and further improve the financial service ability,enhance their own competitiveness. Therefore, the study of this problem has certaintheory value and the practice significance.This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is introduction; thesecond chapter for the commercial bank customer manager system overview; thethird chapter is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of Nanchangbank customer manager system; the fourth chapter is the domestic and foreignadvanced commercial bank customer manager system experience and Enlightenment;the fifth chapter is the optimization measures of Nanchang bank customer managersystem; the sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect. This paper mainly from theangle division, customer manager overall quality level, evaluation and incentivemeasures, training mechanism, supervision mechanism and resource use andallocation to analyze a series of problems in the implementation of Nanchang bankcustomer manager system, and aiming at these problems, from the anglescorresponding to the proposed to improve the suggestions of customer managersystem.This paper considers in order to further improve the customer manager systemmust deepen the understanding of the customer manager system, completely changedthe management concept, customer manager job responsibilities, provide relevantinformation and technical support, strengthen the team building, improve thecomprehensive quality, at the same time, we should establish the scientificassessment and incentive mechanism and effective inspection and monitoringmechanism, so as to realize the sustainable development of the customer managersystem.
