In an increasingly competitive global era of information, the organization of the circumstances anditself are changed so much. The changing products and services, to speed up the speed of technologicalchange, make customer to product and service quality and personalized put forward higher request.Facing the rapid change environment, in the fierce competition can let the organization the dominant,training in the organization, the importance of the increasingly prominent.Training demand analysis is the first step of training activities, in the training of basic, play aguiding role, which directly determine the success or failure of training. At present, a lot of scholar andmanagement pay more attention on this area. After analysis of these literatures, we found the model ofenterprise training needs has a lot of problems. Firstly, the changing organization environment effectthe organization’s strategy, so the model of enterprise training needs also need some change to fit it.But literature on enterprise training needs analysis research focus on the need of organization in thepast, so this model cannot get the expect result when the environment of organization changed. At last,the domestic literature on enterprise training needs analysis research focus on the macro in theory, andignored the actual operation tools and model of research.This article in view of the enterprise personnel training work and put forward training demandanalysis model based on "the knowledge integration". At first time, this paper analysis of the processnode job knowledge which include the skills, knowledge and character of staffs. Secondly we build themodel in the structure of “organization-target-staff”, and analysis the connection between this threelevers. At last time, this paper use this model in an Electric Power Equipment Company’s trainingprogram, and the result show our model has improved the effect of training.This paper widens the current research in the field of training needs analysis and also provides anew perspective. Such ideas help from the multiple inheritance of knowledge and research personneltraining needs analysis model of the basic meaning and theoretical system and its construction method,and its model is more tailored to China’s reality, and make the demand analysis model originatedabroad more localization.
