With the rapid development of society,the economic globalization has brought new opportunities to enterprises,and it also brings great challenges.Employee training is an important part of human resource development and management in enterprises.By improving employee training,employees can improve their personal qualities and capabilities,and further enhance their market competitiveness.As a member of hi-tech enterprises,S enterprises face fierce competition and challenges,and increase investment in human capital to enhance their competitiveness so that enterprises can survive in the market.There is a set of training system in S enterprises,but the system is not systematic and complete,and the effect of training is not as expected.This article through the literature method,interview method,and the actual situation of enterprises based on CIPP model and design the questionnaire,and context evaluation,input evaluation,process evaluation and product evaluation of four aspects of in-depth understanding of the status of staff in S enterprises from the background assessment and analysis,combined with the CIPP model of S enterprise staff training status,found S enterprise has the training content in staff training is lack of pertinence,internal training ability is insufficient,a single mode of training,training effectiveness evaluation is not in place and other issues.For the S enterprises in employee training existing problems,analyzes the causes of the problems of S enterprises,and proposes to strengthen the investigation and analysis of training needs,develop a complete and executable training planning,construction and training of internal trainers,adopting various forms of training and strengthening the training effect evaluation and Countermeasures of several major aspects.With the proposed scheme and measures of related aspects,hope the scheme and measures proposed,can improve the training management system of S enterprise,improve the training effect and efficiency.
