Power grid enterprises are capital and technology intensive enterprises, the investment is large and wide, and the structural relationship to tendering the project decides its success and smooth. The right decisions are related to the normal operation of the power sector and the development of national economy. Bid Evaluation of grid construction projects aims at ensuring the quality, reduce project costs and shorten the construction period. Therefore, for the grid companies, it's of important practical significance to establish a rational evaluation system and evaluate the project correctly and rationally .It can improve the decision-making of the project and the quality of grid construction projects.This paper introduces the research background and significance and describes the project bidding origin, classification, process, and the bidding system used in China systematically,and introduces the project evaluation methods and the advantages and disadvantages of the methods and its use; Then, based on the characteristics of power grid construction projects , the status of power grid construction and principles of bidding Evaluation Indicators system of power grid construction,it builds power grid construction bidding project evaluation index system from the construction project bidding, construction project duration, the investment technology solutions, tender quality plan and the credibility of the bidding enterprises; Finally, based on the profile and steps of introduction of the evaluation model of power grid of construction project bidding, uses the expert scoring method, AHP and Fuzzy to evaluate the case of bidding on the project, then come to the successful tenderer.In this paper, the research of the power grid of construction project bidding based on fuzzy evaluation, has scientific theoretical methods, more thorough analysis, has important rasearch value and practical significance.
