Research On The Risk Measurement Method Of Regional Incubator Network

As a new social and economic organization，business incubator is receiving increasingattention around the world since its birth. In recent years, due to the rapid growth of theincubator and accompanied by the development of the adjacent facility,the business incubatorhas slowly formed a mutual influence, giant incubator network.Incubation network cangreatly promote the growth of business incubation, and it is the optimal choice for enterprisesto grow. However, the incubator network makes the whole system a more huge incubator,makes the contact between the various subjects more closely, makes the extent of theinteraction between the various subjects greater, and based on the principle of risk conduction,the occurrence of a single body can also affect the whole network,so the risk of harm wouldbe worse,and it will rise the risk between the various subjects. So, taking the operations anddevelopment of the whole incubation network into account, it is essential to measure andassess the risk of incubator objectively under the environment of incubation network.Based on the analysis and study of existing research on incubation network, the authorgive a definition to incubation network. Learning from social network theory we has asystematic research on the relationship between the members in order to carry out anempirical study on the assessment of the risk of incubation network, by researching thedevelopment of business incubation network in Shenzhen High-tech Zone. This article is tohave a normative research on the structure, the measurement and assessment model ofentrepreneurial business incubator network. The main work and innovation are as follows.First, the network is divided into an network cluster which keep the main network as the coreand include six components, such as financing sub-network, intermediary servicessub-networks, technical cooperation sub-networks, market sub-networks, sub-networks, andgovernment network. Then the author define the incubation network and has a further studieson incubation network by the method of social network analysis. Second, define the risk ofentrepreneurial business incubation network. Obtain the probability of risk and measure theamount of risk by Bayesian network inference and fuzzy theory. Then define the amount ofrisk which is quantified, and define the probability of risk. Build incubator Risk Network, incubator risk weighted network, Incubation network risk Bayesian network.And thenpropose the method of measuring the risk of network based on the incubation network. Finally,taking Shenzhen High-tech Zone business incubator as example, verify the effectiveness ofrisk measurement models based on Bayesian network.
