and innovation.Therefore,the traditional incremental entrepreneurship and innovation model which relies on the entrepreneur endowment and the internal resources of the enterprise has been transformed into a nonlinear network innovation model which is based on the combination of internal resources and external support.As higher order vector of Incubation Mechanism--incubation network follows this trend,becoming an important starting point for the boost business innovation,improving entrepreneurial success rate and making national "innovation country" strategy implemented.And the development of
