The Effects Of Social Capital On Regional Technology Incubation Networks' Outputs Based On Polycentric Governance

The main problems science and technology business incubator faced are not strong in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, lack of funds, lack of enterprise innovation consciousness and so on. In order to promote the rapid development of incubation networks, regional technology incubation associations are successively set up in various cities in China, regional technology incubation network has ranged from two level governance pattern of “regional government-incubation” to polycentric governance of “regional government-regional incubation association-incubator”. In the polycentric governance mode, how to improve the regional science and technology incubator network output has become the key problems need to be solved.In this paper, on the basis of existing research, in close connection with the development status of regional technology incubation network, deeply analyze how social capital affects the output of regional technology incubator network in the polycentric governance mode. Except of the introduction, the text can be divided into five parts. The first part is the theoretical foundation and literature review. Main research status of regional technology incubation network are reviewed, the polycentric theory and the social capital theory are introduced, the network output is defined in this study finally. The second part is the theoretical analysis of the social capital affects the polycentric governance of regional technology incubation network output. First of all the network is defined, then introduces the nature and form of expression of social capital in this network, as well as the specific influence of the social capital to the network output. The third part is the empirical analysis of the social capital affects the polycentric governance of regional technology incubation network output. Including the conceptual model, data collection, questionnaire design, basic data analysis and model test. In the fourth part I will put forward the corresponding measures and suggestions. The last part is the conclusion and prospect, according to the main points in each chapter, summarizes the main conclusions and outlook of this paper.
