The Influence Mechanism Of Incubation Network On The Entrepreneurial Performance Of High-level Talents Enterprises

Reinvigorating China through human resource development is a basic strategy in China's economic and social development.To promote strategic adjustment of talent structure,highlight the orientation of advanced,precision,sophisticated and scarce,implement the project of engineering talents,and to find,cultivate,gather highly skilled personnel,entrepreneurial talent,science and technology talents,strategic scientists have become the strategic action to reinvigorating China through human resource development.Based on the regional advantage industries,local governments at all levels have issued relevant policy of“high-level innovative entrepreneurial talent introduction plan” to attract high-level talents entrepreneurship in incubator.To research the influence mechanism of incubator network on the entrepreneurial performance of high-level talents,not only helps to attract high-level talents entrepreneurship in incubator and cultivate entrepreneurial talents,but also help to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and foster the small and mid-sized enterprises.It helps to further promote the sustainable development of science and technology business incubators,and also helps to promote the industrial clusters of strategic emerging and the coordinated development of regional economic.On the basis of social network theory,resource theory and incubation theory,this study puts forward the problem of how the incubator network affects the high-level talents entrepreneurial performance,and builds the conceptual model of high-level talents hatching motivation,incubator resources support,incubator network relations embedded,high-level talents incubation enterprise relations embedded,resource acquisition and entrepreneurial performance.Focusing on the study of the 378 high-level talents' startup businesses whose leaders are introduced by 50 national incubator in the south of Jiangsu province,this paper tests the concept model by using the method of factor analysis and structural equation modeling.The main work,innovation points and the conclusion embodied in the following aspects:(1)Through the method of exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis,it is concluded the incubation network factors model which influences the entrepreneurial performance of high-level talents.The incubation network factors contains two aspects of network resources and network embedded,the network resources are divided into two dimensions of incubator resources support and high-level talents incubation enterprises resources acquisition,and the network embedded are divided into two dimensions of relational embedding and structuralembedding.It is further to subdivide incubator network relational embedding into incubator network relational embedding and incubation enterprise network relational embedding,and subdivide incubator network structural embedding into centricity and structural holes.The scale of the study with good reliability and validity,and helps to deepen the future related research.(2)From the perspective of social network theory and resource-based theory,it built the concept model for resource selection of incubator network.Empirical study results show that:The business incubator provides five types of resources to support the entrepreneurship of the high-level talents,these resources are infrastructure support,policy support,intensive knowledge,open network and interactive network,and all of these resources are beneficial to improve the entrepreneurial performance of incubated enterprises which of the high-level talents;The incubator network relations embedded play an intermediary role between the incubator five types of resources support and the high-level talents entrepreneurial performance;The recommendation and guidance of science and technology mayor group can dramatically improve the mediating relationships of incubator network relations embedded that between policy support and the high level talents' entrepreneurship performance,as well as between open network and the entrepreneurship performance.(3)From the perspective of double main body of which incubator and incubation enterprise of high-level talents,this paper built the double main bodies' network coupled model.Empirical study results show that: The incubation enterprises network relations embedded play an intermediary role between the incubator network relations embedded and the high-level talents entrepreneurial performance;Network centrality play a regulating role between the incubator network relations embedded and the incubation enterprises network relations embedded;When the network centrality between o and 1.4,the network centrality play a positive regulating role between the incubator network relations embedded and the incubation enterprises network relations embedded;but when the network centrality higher than 1.4,the network centrality play a negative regulating role between them.(4)From the perspective of resource acquisition of incubator network,this study built the concept model for resource acquisition of incubation enterprises.Empirical study results show that: Resource acquisition plays an intermediary role between the incubation enterprises network relations embedded and high-level talents entrepreneurial performance;Network structural holes play a regulating role between the incubator network relations embedded andthe resource acquisition;The network structural holes play a positive regulating role between the incubator network relations embedded and the resource acquisition,the more structural holes,the intermediary role of resource acquisition between the incubation enterprises network relations embedded and high-level talents entrepreneurial performance is more strong.
