The research of capability coordination of logistics service supply chain can enhance the corecompetitiveness of logistics service supply chain and its integrator. Supply chain contract isone of the most commonly used mechanisms to coordinate logistics capability. In this paper,Supply chain contract is used to research capability coordination problem of the three-levellogistics service supply chain. The main research contents in this paper are as follows:(1)This paper gave a brief review of the research on capability coordination of logisticsservice supply chain and supply chain contracts. For the capability coordination, mostresearches are focused on two-level supply chain, few of them is focused on three-levelsupply chain. For the supply chain contracts, wholesale price contract, buy back contracts,revenue sharing contract and quantity flexibility contract are used mostly to resolve theoptimize the capability coordination.(2)For the capability coordination problem of three-level logistics service supply chain(composed by a logistics service integrator, a logistics service provider and a logisticssubcontractor), this paper established three different mathematical models using only onecontracts. These three different mathematical models are buyback contract coordinationmathematical model with quantity cooperation alliance; buyback contract coordinationmathematical model with stackelberg game; revenue sharing contract coordinationmathematical model with quantity cooperation alliance.(3)Based on the research on capability coordination above, this paper also conducted twodifferent mathematical models based on a combined contracts which means two differentcontracts are used simultaneously to optimize the capability. These two mathematical modelsare combined contractâ… coordination model and combined contractâ…¡coordination modelwith quantity cooperation alliance. In this paper combined contractâ… and combined contractâ…¡are combined by buyback contract and revenue contract.(4)Numerical analysis. By setting reasonable parameters, this paper gave a detail analysisof the performance of the models above.(5)Finally, the main conclusion and future research prospect were given.
