With the rapid development of e-commerce,the demand for logistics services has achieved considerable growth. At the same time, the problem of pollutant emissions caused by the increase in transportation vehicles has become increasingly prominent. In the context of increasing consumer environmental awareness, the greenness of logistics operations affects consumer behavior. How to strengthen the cooperation between Logistics Service Supply Chain(LSSC)members, improve the green level of logistics capabilities, and minimize the environmental impact of logistics operations are related to the long-term development of supply chain companies. At the same time, the government,as the maker of environmental protection policies, has an important influence on the decision-making behavior of LSSC members.Considering the market demand of logistics service demand-side products affected by the level of greening of logistics capabilities, this paper constructs basic contract incentive models of supply chain and analyzes the incentive effects of different contracts on related companies to improve the level of greening of logistics capabilities, and further studies the impact of different government subsidy strategies on contract incentives. Finally, taking the promotion of new energy logistics vehicles as an example, corresponding measures are proposed for the construction of the LSSC contract incentive mechanism,as follows:(1)Analysis of basic contract incentive models of green LSSC.Considering that the greening level of logistics capabilities affects product demand, this chapter constructs LSSC revenue sharing contracts and cost sharing contracts, and demonstrates that a single contract cannot make LSSC achieve the optimal greening level of logistics capabilities.Based on this,a revenue sharing-cost sharing combination contract incentive model was constructed. It turns out that although the combination contract can optimize the greening level of logistics capabilities,it cannot be started smoothly and requires government support. Finally, the effects of different contract ratios on supply chain decision variables, the profits of each member, and the overall profit of the supply chain are analyzed.(2)Study on LSSC contract incentives considering government subsidies.Based on the LSSC contract incentive models, considering government subsidies, respectively, under the government subsidized logistics service provider and logistics service demand side, this paper constructs the incentive model of revenue sharing contract, cost sharing contract and combined contract, and compares and analyzes the impact of different government subsidy strategies on each contract. It shows that government subsidies can further optimize the effect of single contract incentives. Moreover, the logistics service demand-side subsidy strategy is superior to the logistics service provider subsidy strategy, but only the combination contract under the logistics service demand side subsidy strategy can achieve the optimal greening level of logistics capabilities, and is executable and effective. Finally, the effects of different government subsidy coefficients on decision variables such as the optimal contract ratio and the level of logistics capacity greening, the profits of each member, and the overall profit of the supply chain are analyzed through numerical simulation.(3)Construction of green LSSC contract incentive mechanism.Based on the previous research on the impact of LSSC contract incentives and government subsidies, taking the promotion of new energy logistics vehicles as the background, this article analyzes the environment and policy background of the promotion of new energy logistics vehicles, and discusses the necessity of the application of new energy logistics vehicles and the impact of policy regression on its promotion. On this basis,it puts forward suggestions for the construction of the incentive mechanism between CR Vanguard and logistics providers, the government and CR Vanguard.
