In the last century of eighty, SanXian noodles, a product of HuaFengFood Ltd. which had occupied the first of fast-noodle industry of China. Company from theglory years in80-90’s to the present depression. It’s market share percentage decreases from90%to3%. In2005, company decided to revitalize snack-noodles market, until now it hadbecome a leader brand in snack-noodles market. Today, snack-noodles are in a mature stage.Various of similar products appear on the market. Its dangerous sign, the market share ofcompany has been seizing. The purpose of this article is trying using Hua Feng snack-foodcase to analyze snack-noodle marketing problem in firm and formulating an efficientmarketing strategy. Purposes are seeking for breakthrough in market share and grow rapidlyin market.This article is according to Philip Kotler’s marketing management theory and consideredthe whole market environment and inner-enterprise system; an investigation of targetconsumers combines SWOT from Wei rick and Jerome McCarthy of "4P" theory; analyzesand resolves the present marketing problems of Hua Feng fast-snack.For the existing problems of this company, I have some suggestion to implement them inpresent market. I have generated a detail marketing strategy and correspondingimplementation planning. With the implementation of this marketing strategy and planning. Ibelieve Hua Feng Ltd will get marketing sharing increasing, and it can help company breakaway from the trouble in market. In the fierce market, enterprises are faced with a constantlychanging of external environment, since that, marketing strategy should accord the actualmarket development to adjustment timely as needed. This can help enterprise develops in anadvantage orientation, keep the predominance from the competitors and achieving companyvision and mission.
