Due to the natural environment and regional conditions，tourism resource endowment，infrastructure and other differences，the county tourism economy presents the disequilibriumdevelopment trend. Different difference analysis and comparison research in the development oftourism economy，for reasonable development and utilization of tourism resources，realizesustainabledevelopmentoftourismeconomyhealthhasimportantpracticalsignificance.This paper selects15variables tourism foreign exchange income,， domestic tourismrevenue，the number of tourism practitioners，tourism management department and number as ameasure，from the overall analysis of the tourism and economic development in Dezhou9counties and hierarchical division while selecting Xiajin county county as the main researchobject，expand the county tourism economy development to explore this topic..Xiajin countycounty possess rich tourism resources，the current tourism boom is also rising trend emerged invarying degrees， compared tothe other nine counties has obvious advantages. But over time thedevelopment of both tourism has shown a significant difference, resulting in the development ofits tourism economy showed severe imbalance. Analysis showed that the difference between thelarger County Xiajin County tourism economic development for many reasons, and mainly relatesto the field of economic infrastructure，tourism resources, distribution，transport and socialenvironment， tourism， hospitality and infrastructure construction； Xiajin County furtherdevelopment of the economic aspects of a lack of large tourist travel market，the overall planningand coordination of large industrial concept，development and regional cooperation to achievecommondevelopmentofconsciousness.To achieve the county’s tourism economy，coordinated and sustainable development，wemust increase the county’s tourism infrastructure funding，rational development of diversifiedtourism products，optimize the spatial layout of tourism resources and strengthening governmentregulation of the tourism industry.
