With the increasing of population, acceleration of industrialization and promotion of social consumption capacity, diversified, the update cycle of home appliances products shortening, consumer demands are getting personalization and diversification, result in shorting update cycle of household applicances, the production of waste household applicances begin to pick up. The drop and illegal procession of waste household applicances caused serious environmental pollution and waste of resources. The dual pressure of resources crisis and environmental crisis and The concept of sustainable development has win support among the people, manufacturers must recycle waste household applicances and remanufacture them according to the principle of EPR. The government also begin to play a role init, so it’s important to study price decision of waste household appliances recycling and remanufacturing closed loop supply chains under government constrains. This paper introduces the government constraints function, taking the game theory as a tool, Modeling and optimization the waste household appliances recycling and remanufacturing closed loop supply chains.Firstly, the paper proposed a hybrid-channel recycling model consisted of a single manufacturer and a single retailer which was underpinned by related theoretical results of the closed-loop supply chain, then defined the concept of waste household appliances recycling and remanufacturing and analyzes its current situation.Secondly, one constraint function between the government and manufacturer was designed based on a hybird-channel logistic structure. Three decision models are established,"one-channel saling and one-channel recycling","one-channel saling and dural-channel recycling","dural-channel saling and one-channel recycling" these three models use stackelberg method to acquire the optimal solution. Finally, the paper compared the optimal three modes of solution combined with the actual numerical simulation, discussed the influence of different channel modes under government constraints on manufacturers and retailers decision value. This paper draws the following conclusions:(1) All three different models need government constraints, otherwise manufacturers and retailers would have no power to work on waste household appliances recycling and remanufacturing, which lead to a lowest waste household appliances recycling quantity.(2) Manufacturers’ and retailers’ sales price were likely to remain unchanged under government’s constraints, but their recovery price will increase with the government incentives. In this case, retailers’ profits keep its steady growth with the government incentives, while manufacturers’ profits were influenced by bothgovernment incentives and a given recycling quantity.(3) Government constrains wouldincentive the recycling quantity of waste household appliances, and government should guidemanufacturers and recyclers to cooperate with each other, it leads to the highest recoveryquantity and profits.
