Facing the increasing aggravation of the resource shortage and environmental pollution, recycling of waste and used household appliances has been thought highly by those developed countries. It has become one of the most effective ways to realize the sustainable development. The recycling and disposal in China started relatively late. For the lack of the restraint of laws and regulations, the existing recycling activities were still a kind of spontaneous behavior prompted by economic interest. However, the standardized recycling models and collection channels for waste and used household appliances are still unclear. The existing research focused primarily on the collected modes of used household appliances, under the circumstances that they are recycled by manufacturers and without considering the benefits. In fact, based on Extended Producer Responsibility(EPR) and restriction of The Rule of Supervising Waste and Old Household Electrical Appliance and Electrical Production (seeking opinions sketch), recycling activities are not only operated by manufacturers, recycling enterprises are also available, and after processing collected products, parts of household appliances can be reused integrally, the components and parts can be reproduced, and the materials can be recycled, they are the contents of recycling benefit. Therefore, further research about recycling models and collection channels of waste and used household appliances should be necessary. On the basis of the existing research, several problems were studied respectively in this thesis, especially the possible collecting and recycleing models, their cost-benefit models and comparative analysis, standardized channels and their performance calculation methods.Having seen the whole thesis, it contains some chief problems as follow:(1) The system of EPR was introduced. The genesis, definition, responsibility, object, executive mode of EPR was given.A comprehensive introduction of foreign and domestic actuality of EPR utilization was followed.(2) The decision-making of used household appliances recycling models under the EPR system was studied. the existed situation that both manufacturers and professional processing enterprises can deal with used household appliances was analysed. The recycling models under two different distribution modes were summed up.Considered the benefit of the reused household appliances, the reproduced components and parts and the recycled materials.established the cost-benefit models under the hypothesis of non-linear demand; Calculated the optimal wholesale price, the final retail price and optimal income, then systemic compare were given to show the differences of all models.(3) The standardized collecting channels was researched.Studied the channel performance by Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), combined with The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to sort the collecting channels, and summed up the process of choosing channels.
