With the increasing speed of the replacement of consumer electronic products such as mobile phones and computers,the disposal of used electronic products has become a major problem that plagues enterprises and consumers.How to recycle the waste electronic products efficiently,reduce the random disposal of electronic products,less recycling channels,and low recycling rate.Building a closed-loop supply chain which is green,low-carbon,and economical is a problem that enterprises must consider in the manufacturing process.At present,the research on closed-loop supply chain has made progress in stages,which has significance for improving the operational efficiency of closed-loop supply chain.However,the research has focused on the traditional offline recycling model.With the addition of new recycling party such as the online platform for recycling,the recycling model of the closed-loop supply chain have new changes.In addition,there are few studies on the decision-making of closed-loop supply chain recycling considering the dynamic changes of government subsidies.This paper considers the dual-channel closed-loop supply chain recovery mode of electronic products under the participation of online platforms,which has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper studies the double-channel closed-loop supply chain recovery with the government dynamic subsidy,and mainly carries out the following aspects: We define the problem of the dual-channel closed-loop supply chain recovery model under the participation of online platforms.By combing the existing research literature on closed-loop supply chain,the research problems of the paper are clarified,and the research background and practical significance of the dual-channel closed-loop supply chain recovery model with online platform participation considering the dynamic changes of government subsidies are expounded.Based on the realistic background,the income model of the participants in the case of the manufacturing enterprises or the online platform recycle under the condition of dynamic constraints of government subsidies is established.In addition,considering the competition between manufacturing companies and online platforms,what effect will it have if they jointly recover? Based on the recycling model under centralized decision-making,the recycling efficiency of the closed-loop supply chain is compared.Using the differential game method,the conditions for the existence of steady equilibrium solutions under different recovery modes are given.Then we analyze the recovery price,recycling quantity,government subsidy amount,participant income and overall income of the supply chain.Compare the advantages and disadvantages of different recycling modes.Finally,the validity of the conclusions obtained in this paper is verified by a case study.In theory,this paper analyzes the recycling decisions in the recycling model that online platforms participate in.In terms of method,this paper uses the differential game method to consider the trend of decision variables in the closed-loop supply chain under the dynamic change of subsidies,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of different recycling modes.Finally,an optimization strategy for the recovery efficiency of closed-loop supply chain is given.The research enriches the problems of closed-loop supply chain and expands the traditional recycling model.The research methods and research ideas adopted in the thesis can provide reference for the research of the closed-loop supply chain.
