Due to the economic crisis, every enterprise is striving hard in surviving the intensesituation. Some have taken measures in an economic way, such as sacking employees, cuttingdown the production. However, few enterprise act on psychological layer, in order to boostthe efficiency of employee, we should study from psychological perspective, motive them toact more organizational citizenship behavior which can help the enterprise operate smoothly.We can arouse their psychological contract to make them act more organizational citizenshipbehavior. In this study, we reviews the theory of psychological contract, perceivedorganizational support and organizational citizenship behavior, analyzes the relations amongpsychological contract, perceived organizational support and organizational citizenshipbehavior which laid a theoretical foundation for the model. And we proposes a hypotheticalmodel of psychological contract on OCB. The model takes the perceived organizationalsupport as the mediating variable to discuss. And according to this, proposed the hypothesis.Through the study, we come to a few conclusions: psychology contract has positiveeffects on OCB; psychology contract has positive effects on perceived organizational support;perceived organizational support has positive effects on OCB; perceived organizationalsupport partially mediates the relationship between psychology contract and OCB. Andaccording to the results of empirical study, the paper proposes a few suggestions for businessmanagers. Through the establishment and strengthening of the psychological contract toachieve the purpose of improving OCB. By strengthening organizational support to improveOCB of employees.
