Finance become the core of modern economic development after stepped into21stcentury which increasing the competition of the finance industry and human source.And it also brings some negative phenomena such as employee turnover, workpressure and some other problems increase. It’s become a key problem that wholefinance industry is facing and solving.As we all know,academic is arising more concern on Authentic Leadership andPsychological capital after2001and2012fraud financial cases happened in Americanand China enterprises. Leadership style has a profound effect on employees’organization behavior, there were some research results show that authentic leadershiphas a significant influence on employee performance and innovation behavio r, but wehardly find studies which take turnover intention as results variable. In this study, wechoose financial industry as the research object, base on the mediating effects ofpsychological capital,study the authentic leadership impact on turnover intention.Based on this, the study use empirical research methods to explore the applicability ofthe authentic leadership in our country, modify the authentic leadership scale, studythe effects of type authentic leadership on turnover intention, and analyze itsmechanism of action. First, this research started from paper study, built a researchmodel, raised hypothesis; second, based on former study, in combination with theChinese practical situation to collected research data, modify the researchquestionnaire; finally, the study verified the hypothesis by statistical method and gotresearch conclusion.By using the SPSS19.0,the study found these research results:(1) demographicfactors affect the authentic leadership and psychological capital;(2) authentic leadership have a negative correlation with turnover intention;(3) psychologicalcapital have a negative correlation with turnover intention;(4) psychological capital mediate all the relation of authentic leadership and turnover intention of employees.
