For mobile phone retailer, how to grasp the huge market potential, increasemarket share, enabling businesses to survive and develop in the fierce market competition isa big problem for many mobile phone retailers. this paper hopes to study typical case toprovide a reference implementation.First, this paper take Heyuan Apple phone retailer A company as the research object, usingthe PEST analysis method analyze the company’s macro environment and microenvironment, on that basis analysis the company’s existing marketing strategy and found acompany’s existing problems in marketing strategy, and the problems are discussed bySWOT analysis.Furthermore, this paper, baseds on the marketing theory “7P”, from seven different anglesgive the company recommendations:the fist one is based on the core values of providingadded value to customers; the second one is to establish a flexible pricing strategy; Third,expand sales channels and to carry out multi-channel marketing;the fourth is the use of avariety of promotional tools; the Fifth is to strengthen personnel training, implementingmarketing personnel; the sixth is concerned about the marketing process, implementation ofmarketing; the last is to implement unique physical evidence.Finally, I hope this paper will help to reverse the negative sales trends of A company andhelp it win market share, but also for other domestic mobile phone retailers to provide areference.
