Sustained and rapid economic growth in China,so that the income level of rural residents generally improve the standard of living increased year by year,so that was expensive for the luxury phone from the city gradually into the towns.The city's mobile phone sales market has been basically mature,mobile phone sales market more competitive.ZP Phone Company as a senior sales agent in Heilongjiang Province,the city market competition increasingly feels powerless.This paper focuses on the marketing strategy for ZP market development in the township to help ZP companies to enter the market and occupied towns as soon as possible,Heilongjiang Province.This paper analyzes the status quo ZP marketing company,including the company's operating status,operating status by the Company,structure,status quo and the status of the financial staff organizations.While the present situation,the price of the status quo,the status quo channels and promotional products company's current situation,the causes of the problem and analyze marketing presence.Secondly,the use of PEST analysis,ZP analyzes the company's external environment:the use of Porter's five forces model township phone sales industry competitive environment analysis.Through market segmentation and positioning,determining the company will soon implement the 4C marketing strategies combination as the company's marketing strategy;finally guarantee ZP marketing strategy implementation.Through a combination of theory and practical methods related issues through the analysis of ZP companies compete in urban markets and less on display in cooperation with the township market customers generated,try to propose an improved method of ZP company towns targeted marketing strategies develop,seek effective marketing strategies combination ZP company's development in the township market,the enterprise and peer companies have a certain significance.On this basis,in order to focus on the mobile phone market towns in Heilongjiang Province,domestic and foreign manufacturers and investors a clearer understanding of the current Heilongjiang Province,the township-level market handset sales features,provide a valuable reference for new entrants strategy development.
