Risk Evaluation And Control Of Small And Medium-sized Logistics Enterprises Alliance

To cope with the fierce market competition，small and medium logistics enterprises havegradually embarked on the road of logistics logistics alliance as market players. There aremany small and medium sized logistics enterprises with this idea, but less alliances werefounded, even less successful in China. The risk of alliance becoming the most importantfactor to the success of logistics alliance.This paper focuses on the small and medium enterprise alliance risk identification andevaluation, building evaluation system through risk identification, depth risks combined withthe empirical research. Firstly, according to the theory, this paper summed up the risktypes:the environmental risks, the alliance levels risks, risks of the affiliate companies, andanalyzed characteristics of risks: joint resistance, randomness, subjective and objectiveinteractivity. Then the research of risk identification, analyzed the main risks of logisticsalliance facing in different stages, and analyzed four factors and the impact of risk generatedfrom environmental factors, capacity factors, management factors, trust factor. After that thepaper built multi-index evaluation system and risk evaluation model, combining empiricalresearch with the method of membership synthesis in AHP-F. Finally, Analyzed constructionrisk control mechanism, proposed the building of advice from the trusted generation, partnerselection, governance structure selection, distribution of benefits, incentives and constraintssuch.
