| The logistics outsourcing is one kind of enterprises' developing strategy pattern which is developed quickly at present. Though there were many advantages if the small and medium-sized enterprises outsourced their logistics operation, they still have to face a lot of problems and must treat it calmly. There are a lot of risk which have complicated engender mechanism and grave occurrence consequences if the enterprises outsourced their logistics operation. Therefore, it is essential for the small and medium-sized enterprises to identify, analyze, evaluate and prevent the risk if they want to outsource their logistics operation. Then they can build corresponding precautionary measures to reduce the probability of the happening and the lost brought by the risk. The research of logistics outsourcing risk management is very important to the small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper starts from introducing the current situation of research on logistics outsourcing risk. Then I elaborate the purpose and significance of the studying on the logistics outsourcing risk to the small and medium-sized enterprises.Next, I have elaborated the risk through the process of logistics outsourcing from five aspects. And then I have analyzed the origin, damage and cause of the logistics outsourcing risk. Finally, I introduce how to use Dephi method to identify the risk of logistics outsourcing if the small and medium-sized enterprises outsourced their logistics operation.Then, on the basis of logistics outsourcing risk identification, I try to establish a model to evaluate the rank and the probability of the small and medium-sized enterprises' logistics outsourcing risk using Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method (AHP-FCEM).Finally, on the basis of logistics outsourcing evaluation, I have give some advices of risk control such as building a risk control mechanism both inside and outside the enterprise. |
